Job Qualifications:

Must be at least a High school graduate.

Must have at least 2 years of Sales Experience (BPO/non BPO).

Good Communication Skills.

Work setup is 10-25% Calls, Mostly work is on Email.

Must be okay to Temporary Work From Home.

Job Responsibilities:

Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail.

Assisting customers by responding to their questions.

Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner.

Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer.

Providing excellent customer service 24/7.
