Call Center Agent - Telecommunications - With Or Without Experience

Requirements:

Preferred with 6 months Call Center Experience from International, Voice Accounts.

Must be willing to work at the office or WFH based on company business needs.

Must be fluent in conversational English.

Responsibilities:

Providing day-to-day customer service support to customers needs based on client account services or products.

May handle assistance through phone or email.

Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines.

Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions.

Ensuring quality support and customer satisfaction.
