JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide exceptional service to assist the needs of the customer.

Ensures good feedback from the customer.

Ensures that all concerns are dealt with promptly.

REQUIREMENTS:

Highschool Graduates and those who completed 2 Years in college must have at least with 6 months BPO Experience

College Graduates - No experience required

Good English command

Strong logic and problem-solving skills;

Ability to handle pressure

Must be willing to work in Quezon City

Willing to start ASAP
